This Appleby line begins with Thomas Appleby, an inkeeper who married Mary Trotter in 1785, at Warkworth, Northumberland. Given, the location, this line may well be connected to the Applebys of Acklington.

All of the branches seem to have stayed in Northumberland, with one person moving to Glasgow.

If you have any further information about this line, please get in touch via this link.
